We service Northern NJ & surrounding areas. We also service part of NY. Please message us to confirm your location with us.
We ask to please remove shoes before entering. No food, drinks, face paint or anything sharp that could potentially damage our equipment should enter the play area. Parents are also asked to supervise at ALL times.
All rentals are up to 4 hours. Theres an additional $50 per extra hour.
We arrive about 1-2 hours before your party starts, depending on how big your package is. We then return once it is over and time for pick up. Pick up normally takes about 15-30 minutes.
Absolutely! All equipment is cleaned before & after each event. We also wipe down on site!
We set up for both indoor and outdoor events. When outdoors, we do ask that the space is shaded. We set up on cut grass or cement and away from any visible dirt.
We do understand that things do happen. We allow dates to be rescheduled if needed. Although, please note that date of choice may not be guaranteed. Your $100 deposit is non-refundable.
